June 28, 2008 Southeast Buttress 5.6 Woody Hoburg, Darren A nice alpine climb on perfect Sierra granite. Darren and I swung leads, and I got lucky - Darren had to do the squeeze chimney. After some creative route finding on the descent, we made a side trip to Budd Lake, where Darren slid down a snow slope and straight into the icy lake. Brr! |
