Left the Cog Railway base station at about 10 and climbed up the Ammo trail to just shy of the Lakes hut. From there we took a bee-line to the summit of Washington. Skied down through perfect corn to near the hut. Lather, rinse, repeat 3x. Final descent included a traverse across to Monroe Brook from the hut. Skied out the brook back to the Ammo trail and then down the trail to within 1/4 mile of the car. |
