1.21.07 Catalin Loghin, David Wentzlaff, Dan Walker Route: Sabbaday Brook Trail till it left the reentrant (four semi-frozen stream crossings). Then up the Reentrant to the col, and back to the summit of The Fool Killer (3548). Back down to the col, and a rising traverse of North Tripyramid to the Pine Bend Brook Trail, down to the Ridge with Scaur. Off the trail to Scaur (3602'), then back and down PBB to the road. Didn't even need a headlamp! ~12 miles, ~3500ft climb departure 8:30a Fool Killer 12:30p Scaur 2:30p Return 4:45p |
